How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You set up a Direct Debit as part of signing up, and nothing is collected until the trial ends. The Free plan needs no payment details and never expires if you decide not to upgrade.
Is it priced per person?
No. Each plan is one flat price for your whole organisation, and includes the number of people shown. You'll never be charged extra for adding a diagram within your plan.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing you've built is removed or locked. Voussar tells you when the next diagram, person or invitation would take you over, and upgrading lifts the limit straight away.
Can we change plan mid-month?
Yes, at any time from your settings. The change takes effect immediately, and your invoice charges each plan only for the days it was in use.
How do we pay?
By Direct Debit, monthly or annually in advance with two months free. Invoices show VAT clearly and can be downloaded as PDFs.
Do you offer Enterprise agreements?
Yes. If you need help with procurement, security questionnaires or a rollout across several departments, talk to us.
